At PocketPlants.in, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. However, if you need to cancel an order, please read our cancellation policy below.

📌 Order Cancellation Guidelines

1️⃣ Before Shipment:

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
To cancel, contact us immediately at support@pocketplants.in or WhatsApp us at [Your Contact Number].
If your order has not been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

2️⃣ After Shipment:

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If you do not accept the delivery, shipping charges will be non-refundable.

🚫 Non-Cancellable Items

Customized or personalized planters.
Live plants once shipped (as they are perishable).

 

💰 Refund for Canceled Orders

Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
