At PocketPlants.in, we strive to provide healthy, high-quality indoor plants delivered right to your doorstep. However, if you experience any issues with your order, we're here to help!

1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

You can request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
✅ The plant is damaged or wilted upon delivery.
✅ The wrong product was delivered.
✅ The plant is significantly different from what was displayed on the website.

📌 Note: Since plants are living products, we do not accept returns for reasons like a change of mind or preference.

2. How to Request a Return or Replacement?

📍 Step 1: Take clear photos of the plant and packaging showing the issue.
📍 Step 2: Email us at support@pocketplants.in or WhatsApp us at +91 9776307793 within 24 hours of delivery.
📍 Step 3: Our team will review your request and process a replacement or refund if eligible.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
If a replacement is approved, we will ship a new plant at no additional cost.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

4. Non-Returnable Items

🚫 Customized or personalized plant pots.
🚫 Plants that were repotted, overwatered, or damaged due to improper care after delivery.
🚫 Delayed complaints beyond 24 hours of delivery.
